Vietnamese Rice Noodles is a very popular product of Vietnam. It is used to cook noodle soup – one of the most famous Vietnamese dishes. It can also be used to make stir-fried noodle.
Ingredients :
Rice 90%, Rice flour 9.9%, Sodium Bemzoate 0.1%
Instructions for usage:
put the Vietnamese rice noodles into boiling water for 4 – 6 minutes, before cook it together with your favorite dishes. Wash them with water, let them dry and mix them with a little cooking oil.
Stir-fried noodle :
stir fry with pork meat, beef, or seafood and other spices according to your taste.
Noodle soup :
Add rice noodles in a bowl, add cooked beef or chicken or seafood on top, then pour hot stock on the bowl and enjoy.
