Gynostemma 40%, Centella 40%, Etc. 20%

Direction :
– Place a teabag in 1-1.5 liter of boiling water, leave it to brew for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Or
– Place a teabag in a cup 100-250ml  of boiling water. Leave it to brew for 2 minutes before drinking. *The  teabag can be used again and will make 2-4 cup.
– Drinking while still warm at night or after meals.
