Direction : RosDee Crispy Flour Hot and Spicy Flavor
1. Prepare meat or vegetable, drain out the water. (Mixed 1  bag of batter with 160 ml. of cool water for chicken’s upper wing 25 pieces or 1 kg.)
2. Mix 1 bag of batter with cool water (as suggestion) and stir until homogeneous.
3. Dip raw materials into the batter and fry in medium heat oil until it is gold.

–  Be aware less adhesion due too much water dilution
–  Predust meat before battering for long lasting crispiness
–  Fry in oil with medium heat level
–  Avoiding oil addition during frying due to high oil absorption
