A traditional Thai street food – Thai variation of Hainan Chicken Rice, perfect for a family, a party, or menu in a restaurant. Soft and tender chicken with the most fragrant flavorful rice. It’s simple and delicious and Thai herbs without additional flavoring.

Nguan Soon its found, in 1954. Spices under the brand name “Hand Brand No.1” The company’s products were rapidly accepted by the national market and today is a household name in Thailand in terms of 100% pure spices and herbs.

Ingredients:
Chicken Soup Powder 30%, Garlic 25%, Maltodextrin 20%, Ginger 10%, Sugar 5%, lodized Table Salt 5%, Soy Sauce Powder 3%, Coriander Root 2% Flavour enhancer (Disodium 5′-ribonucleotides)

Direction: For 2 servings
1. Put 1 cup (170 g) rice, 1 packet (25 g) Chicken Rice Seasoning Sauce Powder and sliced ginger in the rice cooker. Pour in 1 /2 cup (300 ml) stock soup or water, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well.
2. Add 150 g chicken into rice cooker and switch on.
3. Steam till cooked. Allow the rice to stand time before serving.
*Serve with soup and dipping sauce.

Tips: Chicken Rice Dipping Sauce:
Prepare Fermented Soybean Sauce 3 tbsp, Sweet Soy Sauce 3 tbsp, Vinegar 2 tbsp,Chopped Ginger and Chopped Chili mix well and serve.
