Ingredients :

Direction :
Dissolve one scoop (1 gram) into 200-250 ml. of water or a smoothie.

Use one spoon, that comes with the product, for 200-250ml of milk *not recommended to mix with hot water. Can be mixed with normal-temperature water before mixing with milk. If drinking less than 250 ml of milk, the power mixing in water must be used within 24 hours.
