Ingredients :
Creamed coconut 50%, Galangal 16%, Lemongrass 12%, Salt 7%, Chilli 4%, Flavour Enhanhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) 3%, Acidty Regulators (Citric) 2%
Preparation:
– Water 2 cups(480 ml)
– Chicken sliced into pieces 300 g.
– Straw Mushroom or Soft Mushroom 150-200 g.
Directions:
1. Heat all the water in a kettle.Boil the contents of this packet.
2.Add the chicken and mushroom.Cover.
3.Wait until a full boil.It’s ready to serve. Do not overcook.(Add lime juice to taste,optional)
