Panang Curry is a popular favourite at many Thai restaurants. It is usually made with beef, but either chicken or pork can be substituted. Thai curries are typically a meal in themselves, but it is not uncommon to eat a curry alongside your other favourite Thai dishes.
Ingredients :
Creamed coconut 40%, Lemongrass 11%, Sugar 10%, Chilli 8%, Garlic 8%, Shallots 6%, Peanut 5%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) 2%, Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Sugar) 1%.

Preparation :
Serving 2 – 3
Water 1 ¼ cups (300 ml)
Beef or chicken sliced into pieces 300g ( 10.5 oz )
Kaffir lime leaves, sliced 4 to 5 leaves
Sweet basil ½ cup
Red chilli, sliced ¼ cup
Directions:
1. Heat a pan on medium heat. Fry the contents of this packet with a small amount of water.
2. Place the meat in the pan and stir-fry until oil of coconut is visible.
3. Add the rest of water and all the other ingredients. Combine.
4. Cover until done. Serve. (Add sugar to enhance sweetness, if desired).
